Return, Refund and Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Three Sixteen Motorsports LLC. We know as a consumer you have a lot of options but we are grateful that you have chosen us.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
NO RETURNS FOR ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS.
Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is determined by Three Sixteen Motorsports LLC depending upon circumstances. In most cases all shipping fees are considered nonrefundable. Determination of any partial or full refund on shipping expenses incurred will be determined by Three Sixteen Motorsports LLC. No refunds will be issued after 14 days from purchase date.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days depending upon method of payment & your card issuer's policies.
The customer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if paid by Three Sixteen Motorsports.
Three Sixteen Motorsports LLC responsibility ends upon packaging and shipping the item. If an item is lost, stolen, damaged or delayed in transit, the customer should contact the shipping company to file a claim. Shipped goods are only insured for the amount of coverage the carrier offers for damaged lost or stolen packages/freight. Please add comment in order or email us at email@example.com to add coverage for the full value of shipment. Buyer is responsible for the added expense to insure full value. The insured value chosen on a shipment is the responsibility of the customer and Three Sixteen Motorsports shall not be held liable.
